Job Description
Responsible for – # Manage the day to day activities related to Granulation or compression or coating.
# Granulation: Calibration of equipment, recording of line clearance checklist, reconciliation calculations,
# Compression: Knowledge of compression and relevant machine, Various records (issuance, return, destruction records,) Type of toolings, Punch dimension.
# Coating: Knowledge of coating and relevant machine, Calibration of instruments. #Tablet/Capsule inspection.
# Manpower handling
# Daily/Weekly planning.
# BMR/BPR recording and submission.
# Check on in process control during different steps of Manufacturing.
# Control and monitor the manufacturing operations as per BMR/BPR.

Desired Profile
- B.Pharm.

- Should have exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, TGA etc.
